Our little one had her first haircut with Shelby and she was wonderful with her. Shelby made the experience as comfortable as she could and was able to work around having to cut her hair while she sat in my lap. Thank you ladies for a great experience!

I specifically messaged on Facebook to ask if my daughter needed a mask who is 2 was told no so made an appointment. I get there and am rudely told she needs a mask and I let her know I had messaged about it and she rudely tells me it’s on the door. Had to improvise tie off an adult mask so she could get a haircut I had been waiting on since March to get. Didn’t appreciate the attitude I was so frustrated. The manager that was there did apologize to me which I did appreciate however probably will not return ever again. Please please please have people told the correct information really didn’t appreciate the rude attitude when I was told something different.
