Candace is absolutely amazing! My son has autism and is very sensitive when getting his haircut. Candace is so patient and tries different ways to make his experience as pleasant as possible. I gladly drive 30 minutes to see Candace than go anywhere else.

Taylor was really nice, however she ended up cutting the middle part of my son’s ear with the thinning shears. It bled for a long time and he cried the whole way home. Then to make matters worse his bangs are uneven. We have been going to Cookie Cutters for years and this is our first ever not great experience. I know accidents happen, but I’m not sure my son will want to go back there now :(. I miss Lindsay and Nikki they gave great haircuts. I was getting my son’s haircut for his preschool graduation on Thursday and I wish we would of just not got it cut.
