The stylist was extremely rude when asking for my son to put a mask on which wasn't a good start to his haircut that he was already nervous about. We understand the importance of mask wearing and have no problem complying, but last time we were in the store it wasn't required and he was 3 years old then too. And for being so concerned about his mask wearing, the hair stations are extremely close together- no way to maintain 6 feet apart from other patrons. It would also be nice to have sample haircut pictures on the wall for reference when the stylist asks what kind of cut/length you want for your child so its easier to communicate. We have had pleasant experiences here every other time, so I hope next time isn't like this.
