We hadn’t been to Cookie Cutters in a while since my son’s dad started cutting his hair, but my 7-year-old asked to go back for his school pictures — and I’m so glad we did! Brandy was great helping us book on short notice after a soccer game, and Erica did an awesome job. She was kind, listened to both of us, and made him feel special. He loved watching Home Alone, picking a balloon, and getting a lollipop. Such a fun and positive experience — we’ll definitely be back!

Candace is the absolute best! Our boy has always been so anxious about haircuts and would cry every time until we found Candace! She is so patient and so good with kids! Not only were there no tears, but she gets smiles and even some giggles out of him every time! He adores her and so do we!

The whole salon and experience was excellent. The environment was very warm and inviting. Even though my 1 year old was very upset by the haircut process, the haircut was still done well and with minimal discomfort to my child.

Despite issue with scheduling the staff stayed late for our son’s first haircut. We were so grateful and looked amazing!

The place is great, I wish the fun seats were a little bigger for those of us who have taller than average youngsters. I love the firetruck hair washing station and that they have individual TVs for each kid. Always leave with a smile, and a balloon!
