This was our second trip to cookie cutters and both times were phenomenal! Everyone at this location it’s wonderful with littles! They are quick, give great cuts and explain/play with my little guy throughout the time!

Online booking was easy! We arrived on a very busy Saturday morning and were greeted quickly! Stylist was friendly, patient, and efficient. When leaving, the front desk associate took extra time to help my son find his favorite lollipop flavor. My son loves his haircut and I loved the experience and exceptional customer service!

Stylist (Erica) was very patient and competent, despite cooperation not always being the best on our little guy’s part. The end result was great and look forward to seeing her again for his next haircut!

It was a very nice experience and we love Candace. We will see her every time. The only negative this go around was that it was very busy and very loud so it made it to where my toddler didn’t want to listen and it was a little over stimulating. But overall it was a fun and easy experience once he was in the chair.
