Our goal at Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids is to provide families with an amazing haircut experience. We strive to provide a caring environment where we put both the child and the parent at ease. Our stylists are skilled in cutting hair for all children, and provide that extra special touch for those with special needs. Not all children like to get their haircut, we are aware of this struggle and do all we can to make the experience one that they will want to have again. Kristen was so rude as I talked to her about what we were thinking for my son. She also said my son has no texture in his hair (which is true) but when I asked if she could add some with the cut, she flat out said no which is not true. It’s totally possible. His haircut also is very lazily done with no precision. She then had someone else check us out and didn’t offer my son a balloon or sucker when the other stylist in the room did with her client. Overall it was terrible quality and for being the manager, I’d expect way more professionalism and attention to detail. It’s a kids haircut place for gosh sake! We definitely won’t come back after our punch pass is done.
