We came for a bang cut with Kristen and because Emma was so cute she offered to do her hair afterwards and it turned out so cute. I was really pleased that Kristen went the extra mile to give us such a good experience and she has been around during Emma's haircuts in the past and was aware of Emma special needs and was very attentive.
