Comment
This is the 3rd visit we’ve had so I feel confident that the recurrent rudeness of the the front desk gal was not simply her having a “bad day”. Absolutely horrendous customer service. The stylist who cut my sons hair this last time was sweet and kind so I was pleased with that aspect of our visit, but to repeatedly call me on my phone 2 minutes after my appointment time to tell me “I should make it quick” and next time my appt would be rescheduled was unnecessary. Things happen (beyond my control) and a little compassion would have been welcomed. Not likely to return.
