I scheduled online for a membership haircut. I already had the package of paid in advance for six haircuts and services included. I don’t think they looked at that bc I received a hurried haircut and a warm face towel - not the full services I had gotten, last time. I rescheduled to have my hair evened out since the left side is clearly longer than the right. I walked in with the way I comb my hair and she kept blow drying it and combing it backwards, then asked me to look at it. I had to pull it sideways to have a better look. I didn’t want to be there any longer, so I agreed it was fine and left. I hope to have someone else make it look even. Maybe she’s new, maybe she was distracted…things happen and hair can be fixed.

I came in a little worried not knowing what to except when it came to service, the cut, the environment and I can tell you that the environment is AMAZING as well as the service and the people there. The people genuinely like what they do and it’s definitely seen in the word that they do. If your looking for not only a haircut but a memorable experience this is by far going to be the place your going to get it from. From worry and uncertainty to an amazing experience, definitely going back whenever I need a great cut and service. Much appreciation to all the staff.
