The stylist was great and the haircut was fine, but the counter service afterwards was horrible. The cashier charged more than what was agreed to when I ordered online and refused to work with me for a suitable outcome. I was told that some customers are more highly valued and get special deals. I may be a less valued customer but do you have to rub my face in it?

I went in for a regular beard trim and the stylist started cutting into my beard where I obviously have never trimmed it before. I got the stylist to stop but left a bald spot in the side of my face. The stylist said "sorry I should have asked you before I did that." Never going back!!!

Paid 85 dollars including tip for one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. Definitely won’t be going back complete rip off

Sent my son there. She hand trimmed everything which you couldn't even tell the difference. My husband was there and said they expect your to wait in the lounge and not go in with your son. Overpaid for an eyebrow wax... there is still hair there. She didn't clean it up after waxing,i.e. plucking stray hairs. I'm pissed that i spent $40 plus tip on that service.
