I have come here multiple times because on my first visit in 2021 the hairstylist got my hair perfect the way I wanted it. I have yet to find that again with another stylist. I sometimes wonder if they are capable of following instructions, or if they just don’t know what they’re doing.

Normally this place is awesome. They are who I came to for my wedding day hair last month and did an amazing job. But today was the worst hair cut of my life unsure why they brought my fade all the way up my head and trimmed my hairline into a widows peak. This haircut has ruined my weekend and hopefully it can be fixed soon

I can tell the lady was new, some small messups that were no big deal. But she cut my hair WAY too short, I do not like the way I look afterwards. Kinda ruined some plans I had.

This is a men's place... make it more manly. The place spoke more to the spa environment than the men aspect of things. Really expensive! Shave and haircut after tip was $90+. The shave was not exactly smooth; left me with 5 o'clock shadow and it was only noon. Everyone was extremely nice though!! Guess I just need to stick to a good ole fashioned barbershop.

The entry was ok nothing really stood out. I was shown to a reception area with coffee and cold drinks. I barely had a chance to make a cup of coffee before my stylist Holly came to get me. I would have been nice to have been able to drink some of my coffee and maybe check out a few of the books or magazines. Once collected by Holly I was shown to the first chair in the row of stations. I noticed most of the other stations were completely empty, maybe put something in them so the place doesn't look so bare? It's a mens salon, hang up some guys stuff. Holly was super nice and very professional, the conversation was good as well. I got a pretty simple fade cut and brow wax. Cut was ok, she missed a bunch of long hairs around the top and behind both ears. I saw the ones on top when I got home but the ones behind were caught by my admin when I got to the office. Maybe it was the mask? Maybe do to the fact we are wearing masks a more thorough check should be done. I was also never given a mirror to inspect the back of my head. I didn't ask but I though this was pretty standard practice. Waxing was also not that great. She never asked about the shape or anything. After she applied the wax she started sweeping up the ground in her station. This is not something you do with someone in your chair. Quality of the wax job was good. All in all I though the experience was not great for the money. I did leave her a $10 tip just because I know most of her compensation comes from tips and I'm not a monster.
