Dermaplaning facial resulted in several small scratches on my face/neck. Extractions were done by hand popping which I have never experienced before.

I came in for a facial. The receptionist was wearing a sweatshirt and the lady who was going to do my facial was behind the desk. She did not introduce herself or give me her name. Facial was nice but I feel like instead of leaving me alone during steam time for 7 minutes you should have them maybe put your hands in warm lotion or hot pad on shoulders for more relaxation. The same for the 10 minutes of mask time just a little xtra that other spas do. Also offer water! After I was not told any of the products used or if I was interested in purchasing any. Also when paying they should not stand there while cashing out and giving a tip. They should also give their business card after.

My eyebrows were rushed and were off with wax and tint I am going to have to fix the beginning so they don’t point downwards

I felt very awkward the entire time because my stylist didnt really speak to me unless it was “lets get you shampooed” and like the basic things to say as a hair dresser. I didn’t really feel like I was a customer I kinda felt like a mannequin. I am a naturally very anxious person so this did not make my anxiety any better.
