I totally get having restrictions and other things due to everything going on right now, but if I'm not getting the full service, I don't feel I should have to pay for the full service. I had to leave the salon with wet hair. Normally, my hair is dried and styled with the price I pay. I paid over $200 and left with wet hair. The wet hair wasn't a big deal, but the fast that I was charged over $200 and didn't even get dried and styled doesn't seem right to me. I was happy with everything else. I just don't see paying that much and not getting the full service I normally do.

Alexandria was great. 90 minute massage was incredible. Would definitely go back.

I’ve had facials in several different parts of the country. - in private salons, on cruise ships and in private clubs. By far, the best was from Kelli at Ireland’s Spa in Lancaster. Kelli is attentive to her customers’ needs and offers an experience that is refreshing, relaxing and soothing. The treatment rooms at the salon are beginning to look a bit “tired” but the experience and customer service are top notch.
