I love my stylist, Ethan, and his work. No problems there at all. However, as a high end salon I find it to be dirty and uninviting. There is nothing personal about most, if not all, the stations. The front desk staff (not all) could be more professional and friendly. Again, the service I get from Ethan keeps me coming back-that’s about all. The salon could use a warm makeover and a deep cleaning.

I totally get having restrictions and other things due to everything going on right now, but if I'm not getting the full service, I don't feel I should have to pay for the full service. I had to leave the salon with wet hair. Normally, my hair is dried and styled with the price I pay. I paid over $200 and left with wet hair. The wet hair wasn't a big deal, but the fast that I was charged over $200 and didn't even get dried and styled doesn't seem right to me. I was happy with everything else. I just don't see paying that much and not getting the full service I normally do.

I really like the person that does my nails. I am confused why the price is so much higher lately? I get what I pay for.

I’ve been coming to Ireland’s in Lancaster and Canal Winchester for a couple of years now, for various services. The staff at both locations, are absolutely wonderful! They are welcoming, polite and always so nice to work with. Olivia is my hairstylist. She is accurate, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend this salon for any beauty services that you’re looking for.
