Staff know clients by name. Eileen is awesome! She will work me if there’s a special occasion if she can. Beth has been cutting, coloring, styling my hair for over 15 years. I trust her professional judgement. She is wonderful and has more energy than 10 people! I have recommended Ireland’s in Lancaster and Canal Winchester.

Eileen Nixon is wonderful! I can't say enough about how she makes my appointments a delight. In the past I have commented on some issues which I'm happy to say were addressed and taken care of. Thank you Irelands! P.S. Please consider replacing the plastic flowers in front of the door!!! Barbara Williams

I was extremely pleased with my hairdresser Sam. She took the time to help me choose a hairstyle for my type of hair and explained everything she was doing. I love my new cut and will be asking for Sam in the future.
