I chuckled my appointment was at 530. They didn't get me until 550. My last appointment I was late 15 min due to an accident and they cancelled me. What gives!

My experience was great! I had an eyebrow wax and tint that turned out perfect. I also had my hair highlighted and cut by Madison who did an amazing job!

I got a massage with Jami, she was terrific! My sister got a facial with Kristin and she was very happy as well.
