I booked my pedicure for 12:15 for Saturday. I sat until 1:00 p.m. I asked the receptionist was I forgot about. She was nice enough to go back and said she was finishing up. 1:15 comes and was finally taken back. I don't know what happened but I normally don't complain but this is unacceptable. Things happen but let your customer know. I had an appointment at 2:15 and I had to cancel it because they close at 3:00. I have to laugh because you're worried about your terms and conditions of being late. This was definitely a customer's terms and conditions.

Sam always does an amazing job of making my hair look great. She is warm, kind, social and easy to talk to. She offers advice on how to make my hair look great without a lot of effort.
