I love my stylist. She is very honest with me on things that my hair can tolerate and educates me on what will be healthiest for my hair long term. My hair has been healthy for years because of her. The salon could use some updates. It's a nice salon, but not what it used to be when they originally opened at this location.

Ireland's is $10 more expensive than any other nail salon around. My daughter, granddaughter & I had appointments for pedicures together. I'm not sure what happened, but one nail tech ended up doing my daughter's & mine at the same time. The pedicures were fine, but not great enough to warrant the extra cost. It would have been good customer service to offer a price reduction for 2 of us since there evidently was a scheduling snafu. Also, is there Wifi available? There may have been, but I did not see any signs with passwords for guests. Thank you.

Your towels are dingy and stained

Went in for an eyebrow wax and my skin was ripped off in the process. I was told lit was because I was using a retinol product and could have been prevented by using an oil before the wax began. PLEASE ask clients if they use retinol based products BEFORE waxing so it does not happen to anyone else. This was a painful and stressful process to go through and it’s been hard caring for the wound afterward.

I paid roughly 220 dollars just for half of my hair to come out the same color it was when I went it , you can see where my hair got separated to get dyed so I have half blonde and half orange still on both sides. Other than the front half the back looks good and she did good on the back just rushed on the front and still had my same hair color and barley touched my roots

I had a wonderful facial with Mia. I would return for another facial. I followed up with a deluxe pedicure. The nail technician was unorganized, popped in and out during my appointment to play on her phone at her nail desk. It was NOT a deluxe treatment. She was brief and the polish was sloppy. I was disappointed in the nail service. I do not believe that I got a deluxe pedi. She didn’t spend appropriate time cleaning up/prepping my nails first. The massage was less than 2 minutes on each leg/foot. I might expect this with a regular or express but not if someone paying for a 6 step service. It was very disappointing and I will not return for another pedicure.
