So, with this one, this was my second appointment for my daughter. The best way I can say this is that if you want to get your kid's hair done there, you need to book an appointment. We tried to come the day before, there was only one slot available during the time frame that we wanted, so I booked one of my three children. We decided to go early and see if we could get the other two in also, as walk ins. So, it is 3:50. There were two stylists there. There were absolutely no customers in the store, and they told me that they wouldn't take my other two kids because they both had 4:00 appointments. Was disappointed in that. The only reason we came back the next day was that the kids like the environment, and they saw everything the day before and got excited about it.

The environment and employees was wonderful. The cut is completely uneven and seem unfinished.

The woman who cut my sons hair did not adequately cut it and said she didn’t want to do much because of his cowlick.

The girl who cut my son’s hair was very sweet. But the way I was greeted with no smile, while we waited almost an hour was ridiculous. I listened and watched them take appointments scheduled AFTER mine. When I asked the lady up front what was going on, she didn’t even look at me, stated she was “only there for a minute” and brushed me off. Even another parent in the waiting room made a comment about her attitude. This is the second time they’ve been rude to me for no reason. Sucks that I will have to find somewhere else because I like the work that was done.

Carol cut my sons hair. She gave him a bowl cut that was very uneven I asked her to fix it and it did not get any better. She also man handled my son moving his head in the directions she needed him to face without asking him to turn. After the 5th time I asked her to be gentle he is 3 yrs old. I decided to ask someone else to fix the cut and she began to be rude. Stating other people don't complain. She was not receptive to feedback and was insulted I didn't love the cut. I have been a reoccurring client and have never had this issue with any other stylist and engage in a friendly conversation with the everyone else there. This is not typical of my experience here.

My 2 year old is not the most cooperative as he is 2 and does not like haircuts. We usually see Paula but today we had Debbie cut my sons hair as Paula was not in today. Debbie was kind but seemed to not be equipped to cut my uncooperative toddlers hair. She unintentionally butchered his hair to the point that I do not think it’s fixable unless we buzz my toddlers head. I’m upset with how awful his haircut came out. I understand it wasn’t going to be perfect since my toddler was fidgety and uncooperative but it’s never looked so tragic leaving here until today. The buzzer/trimmer scared my son but Debbie insisted on using them to get his neck and sides behind his ears, it’s extremely uneven and choppy and so much is missing from random spots. And in the end Debbie said “it’s not worth it to keep going”. I felt like it was my fault he got a terrible haircut and I still tipped Debbie although I wish I hadn’t since I think she could have done better or stopped instead of insisting on using the buzzers. I’m out of $30 and HATE the way his hair is to the point where I spent the rest of the day in tears every time I look at the sides and back of his head. I truly don’t think there is any way it can be fixed unless I buzz his hair super short. I am heartbroken with this experience today. I don’t even think Paula would be able to fix this tragedy of a haircut.
