When we walked in, it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge we walked in. There were technology issues with the person running the front desk with a customer checking out. It would be a common courtesy to say "welcome to cookie cutters we will be with you in just a moment." The person running the desk did not have the proper knowledge of the computer and kept needing assistance. The check out process also too far too long. Honestly, I have no intention on returning to this location. I did not feel valued and was irritated when we left.

My son is only two years and eight months old and he remembers Vicky’s name and Cookie Cutters every time I mention it’s time to get a haircut and get super excited I would never go anywhere else besides this place for my child

Our stylist was amazing!!! Her name is Sara and she works at the Avon location. We’ve only used friends for my son’s haircut since he was old enough to get one. We decided to switch because of how conveniently the location is and how quick we can get him in. I’m so happy with everything and will continue to go to Sara for all future haircuts!
