They did a great job for my son’s hair cut. It would be nice if the workers could talk to the child during the process I felt like there was no. Communication.. he was watching on screen but towards the end he did start moving… Other then that she did great for his hair

My kids had taken my grandchild there before and they seemed really happy with the service and how they treated my grand baby. We were with her today and I have to say, overall everything was great with the service we got. I love that there are balloons, hair bows, kid friendly hair products, cute cars to sit in andthat they can watch their favorite shows during the haircut. On the flip side of that, I HATED how the slide area was not more closely supervised by an employee or the person at the front desk. Even though parents were right there, they were not doing a very good job with there kids. This part is not the fault of Cookie Cutters, but the slide and the slide area rules are YOUR problem and need to be enforced. My grand daughter couldn't even go down the slide because there were about 5 kids on it at the same time and they were going down in all directions. One child even fell off of the side while going sideways and head first. HUGE safety concern and the kids just kept running into us. I wouldn't come back because of this.

Carla has the unique skill to morph her approach to the child. Not all children thrive with constant stimulus (vocal, tv, bubbles, toys) from the stylist. Carla knows when to sit back from a moment and let the child observe and relax.

Great service and good environment for kids. A little pricey and I miss the old punch cards where you got a free haircut after you paid for 12.

Thank you for your review! We no longer have the punch cards due to us beginning a new loyalty program for our customers. If you are not signed up just mention to your stylist on your next visit you would like to sign up for the loyalty program. You earn points for each dollar spent on services and then you can save those points up to redeem for a free haircut or use them as you earn toward discounts on your haircuts.
