The staff there was great with my son who definitely was not easy to work with. He had done great here before and barely moved but today it was full meltdown and I wasn’t even sure if the haircut was even going to happen. The staff was great and his hair turned out way better than I expected for how much they had to deal with. The only thing I have to critique was that we arrived 10 minutes early and there was only one staff member there. The second staff member arrived and got set up but by the time we got seated in the chair it was about 15 minutes past our appointment time and I think that somewhat contributed to my sons meltdown. He’s only two and it is very difficult to keep him away from the fun chairs and things in the back for 25 minutes. Overall I can’t complain about the service once we got started. They did great with my son and tried so many different things to get him calmed down. I felt horrible about his behavior but I was shocked that his hair wasn’t messed up for how bad he was. Great service once we got to the chair.

I have never had a stylist this impatient with my child. He was not being bad just slightly moved his head. The stylist kept telling him not to move repeatedly. I told her that he is only 3 and after that she apologized for “offending me” and tried to smooth things over. I spend more for a child’s hair cut to come to a place who specializes working with young children. I miss our old Stylist Savannah

The stylist was wonderful and friendly! The receptionist seemed annoyed or overwhelmed, and was rude during the check in process and check out process. I will definitely come back because I feel like my child was treated well, but the way we as parents were greeted and registered needs some work.

Our stylist did a great job! I have tried to cut my child's bangs when he was about 11 months old, and it was difficult and scary with how much he was looking around. His bangs, sides, and the back all needed cut, so we decided to have someone else do it this time. I am glad we were able to schedule the earliest spot, as that eased my mind about the pandemic. But our stylist was so fast, I was amazed how great the haircut looked with how quick it was and how much he was looking around at other people. He didn't even cry! Thank you!
