There was no wait when we walked in. The lady who did my sons hair was good with him. Everything went fine except for when we went to pay and we used our prepaid card and it came up short on it. So I ask the receptionist why it would be short, and she said maybe someone who rung us up last maybe put a tip on the card, but I told her I have never put a tip on it. So not happy that I got ripped off.

Ms. Sara is great! She takes her time to ensure it is a great cut all the while making our son (2) feel comfortable. I have noticed other staff being patient and accommodating when a child is having a hard time. We only go to Avon Cookie Cutters for our little guy's haircuts.

Always get a great cut here! They are great with the kids, and the kids play/watch their favorite games/movies while they get their haircut! Kids sit still, great artists cut their hair! Win-win-win!

Amanda was amazing with my son who screams and throws a fit the whole time. She waited until he was more comfortable and only used scissors and made his haircut look phenomenal. AND!!! He did not cry at all after the haircut started. We will be going to her from here on out!! She def knows what she is doing and how to handle kids!
