I love that the employees are honest. I walked in with a picture of a style I wanted for my son and asked if it would work on him. She said not unless he is willing to style his hair, he will have to use gel or something to style it. So I asked him and saw their products and the employee was able to do a very similar cut and style that suited his head and hair. I greatly appreciate the honesty! And I love the lemon lime pomade that my son now gets to use in his hair (with my help! LOL)

I have to say that the ladies that cut my boys hair are great; however, when answering the phone for a business you should state your name, thanks for calling cookie cutters and how can I help you instead of just "hello". When someone says only "hello" it's one unprofessional and then I'm thinking to myself "did I call the right place?!" The girl on the phone acted like I was such an inconvenience to her by calling to make appointments.

Great service and good environment for kids. A little pricey and I miss the old punch cards where you got a free haircut after you paid for 12.

Thank you for your review! We no longer have the punch cards due to us beginning a new loyalty program for our customers. If you are not signed up just mention to your stylist on your next visit you would like to sign up for the loyalty program. You earn points for each dollar spent on services and then you can save those points up to redeem for a free haircut or use them as you earn toward discounts on your haircuts.
