If you ever need a hair or nail product,then turn around and head to Salon Elements. Wow, it is absolutely the candy store for people wanting new products on the market. Or just needing to restock your bathroom with what you all ready use. And if you need a wig then go look at their showroom. Outstanding!!!!! Stephanie Ebert, i will never go to anyone else. if you want a clean environment and sterilized instruments, then give this woman a call. Thank you all for a first great visit! Jody Hartmeier

Faithfully was absolutely amazing. She immediately made me feel comfortable as I walked through the door as a new client. She was very informative on what products I could use on my hair to help with damage I have been dealing with over the past couple of months. She constantly updated me on next steps throughout my appointment which is something I very much appreciated. 20/10 would recommend this stylist and salon to everyone! It will definitely be my new salon I use for everything.

Cortney has done my hair for a few years now. She is an incredible stylist but even better human. She makes me feel welcomed each visit and goes over and beyond to remember key components of conversation from the previous service to visit about. I will stay a client of Cortney’s as long as she is practicing her craft in cosmetology. Another wonderful attribute of Salon Elements is the hairstylists genuinely like each other. I see them interacting and complimenting each other on the client services they are providing. Kennedy is at the station next to Cortney. I don’t know her outside of the salon but she says hi and calls me by name and asks me about my family every time I’m in the salon. These types of customer service aren’t something you see on an average day. Marcie and her staff are truly impacting the hair service industry in Fort Smith with their professionalism and outstanding customer service skills.
