Have twice made appointment with one stylist, when I get there they hand me off to a different stylist. There is not a reason to make an appointment with anyone if I get potluck when I get there.

I was very nervous about my visit. From the time I stepped inside their doors I was treated like I was the only person there. The two ladies that helped me were very knowledgeable about my hair problem and gave me several solutions to choose from. I was involved in every decision that was made. It was a great experience

I thought everyone was very friendly and professional. I received a nice cut, but it wasn't what I wanted. I think the stylist was afraid to go too choppy, but I wanted length with a lot of choppy layers and shorter bangs. My hair looked nice, but it wasn't the cut I wanted. HOWEVER, I want to state that the stylist was a lovely young woman who did a beautiful job. If it had been the cut I wanted, it was beautiful. And she gave a SUPERB blowout.

More than 3K is a lot to invest; it just is. The nape of the wig I bought has already lost its form, and is beginning to curl. I should be able to skydive in the thing with no worries at that price. It is a very nice wig though, and I am satisfied with it.
