Today our stylist was Megan and we could not have received more unprofessional service. I have zero idea how she holds a job at this location. We have been going to this particular Cookie Cutters for about 3yrs. We have never had an issue with any of the stylists and even though we have a son who is old enough to go to another barber for less price, we still continue to take our business to Cookie Cutters. Our 4yr old son has been getting the "Pompadour" haircut for the last 2 years. We have literally never had an issue and always been pleased with his cuts and the stylist who did them. Today was so different. Nothing about Megan was pleasant. After just a couple minutes of her doing my son's hair I realized she had really messed it up. Not only did she start to buz a line on the wrong side, even though the way his hair is parted and the side we cut is listed in his notes on their computer system, but she put about 1/4 inch line BELLOW the buzzed hair and away from the long part of the hair. Anyone who knows this hair cut knows that is NOT how this hair cut goes. The defining line to make it more prominent goes directly up against the long hair. It just defines the part. As you can see in the picture about that is not at all what she did and now his defining line is WAY thicker than it should be just to try and correct what she did. After bringing this to her attention she was very rude and short with me insisting that is how they always do it. Which we know is wrong because we've always had it done there and NEVER had this happen and again, it is listed in his notes on the computer. She continued to tell me I was wrong EVEN WITH the direction we part our child's hair, telling us it was "wrong." I've never seen such poor customer service. She then proceeded to walk to the back of the building to the employee room and slammed the door behind her. The other stylist who was working with her that day confirmed that I was right and she had no idea why she did that to his hair. Even after being treated this way, we were STILL asked to pay FULL PRICE for this cut. Not an apology not a discount.. nothing. I cannot describe how disrespected and disappointed I felt in leaving that appointment today and we will never ever go back during a shift that she is working.
