This is the 3rd time we've came here for a haircut for our son (2 years old), and this is the first time I actually feel like he got a real haircut! Joann took the time that two others didn't seem interested in doing. (I don't care how busy you are; you take the time with each individual customer.) Others said we couldn't use clippers on him.. she did use clippers (which he did great with), and he got a lot chopped off for once! She was excellent with his wiggly body. Our little boy turned into a big boy during that visit. And Joann now has a returning customer who was giving Cookie Cutters one more chance (because we had a coupon).
