I have been to cookie cutters with my previous kids and had excellent experiences. I took my 2 year old daughter for a 1st time hair cut package today at 12pm, the lady was in a hurry because her phone was ringing it literally took her 4 min to cut her hair. I told her that one side was longer than the other, which she replied" I think it looks pretty well" I told her I wanted the 1st time package and she said " I will just change the price for regular hair cut since we did that" I had to ask her for a baggie to take some of my daughters hair. I was literally in tears of how awful she was, but I kept it together for my daughter. My daughter did not cry she was really still and she got an awful hair cut. She did not wipe my daughters hair from her neck or anything, she just rushed and then answer her phone. My dau
