Salon not clean. Haircuts are not great. Kids like the special treatment of TV on and a ballon after, but that's all they have going for them.

The girl at the front desk was unfriendly. Our hairstylist was ok but I had to ask her to dry my 4-year old granddaughter's hair, not sure why drying a haircut would not automatically included. After fully inspecting her hair I think the "wedge" cut was a little uneven. I will not be going back or referring anybody to visit.

Michele was our stylist and she was amazing with my 21 month old. She made him feel calm and was able to actually style his hair and not have to franticly cut his hair while he screamed at the top of his lungs. I will most definitely be going back and requesting Michele.

Not sure of the hair stylist who cut my sons hair but she seemed as If she had no experience with children or just didn’t care . She seemed to be getting frustrated that my son was feeling overwhelm and crying and fighting getting his hair cut. We had given him a sucker and while he was eating I had to clean it off because she kept tossing hair towards his face and it landing on his sucker . I told her that . She said well I have to be able to see and continues to do it. He became very upset and didn’t want her touching him at all and in the process cut his ear and I think that is why he was acting like that.

I love the convenience of the online booking at CC offers. I think the locations need some updating but it’s still a fun environment for the kids. The hair stylists are always so friendly and good with my kids!

Very patient with my son who is still very uncooperative and cries.
