My son has long hair that is tangled by the end of the day. I normally try to pull it up into a bun, but he has sensory regulation issues and gets upset easily having his head and hair touched. Kelsey was so nice and patient with him and didn’t at all seem bothered even though it must’ve been kind of a difficult cut for her. She got the cut done quickly even with him moving around. She helped make this experience as nice as possible for him even though he hates it. We did an undercut and cleaned up the ends of the hair left on top. It’ll hopefully be a lot easier to brush and manage at home. Thank you Kelsey!

The girl that cut our son’s hair should not be dealing with children under the age of 7 or 8. She was very inpatient with him when he wouldn’t follow her commands (he’s 2.) She sighed and stopped in frustration. If she doesn’t have the patience to deal with this, she should not be working at a kids salon. If this would’ve been our first experience, I would never go back. I would like to know her first name that way I can be sure to not book when she’s working again.

Unprofessional and very rude because I asked them to clean up some spots they missed with the clippers! Will not be going back there!

Rather dirty place, employees are not particularly friendly or knowledgeable. Neither of the times I've been there have been stellar. Not a horrible experience but overall not great.

The person who cut my child’s hair today did not seem to be familiar with dealing with kids. She jumped in with clippers and did not give him a second to acclimate. Startled and scared him. It was very clear that she just wanted to cut the hair as fast as possible and was unconcerned with making him feel comfortable at all.
