The stylist scratched my child's neck while trimming it and when I pointed it out she didn't even bother to apologize. She took the brush that she was using to clean the hair off of him and kept brushing at the red marks as if they were going to go away. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this stylist (Sara) and I will not be bringing my children back.

I called the greenwood salon at 11am they got my son in at 11:30am. Michelle was prompt and ready for him even though we showed up early.she was awesome.

We had to wait for over an hour because of people coming in with appointments. I understand they have appointments but then when they were done and gone, the girl was writing down the next appointment cards instead of starting on my daughter's hair. She was nice when she cut her hair but it's not even on both sides.

We apologize for the wait time. We are working hard to hire in additional staff to help cut these wait time. If you would like to call the salon and speak with Sara, our manager, she can get a time scheduled for you to come back in for her to address your concerns with the haircut and get it fixed for you.
