We always have a good experience. My 5yo son is autistic and has sensory issues. For that reason, haircuts can be a real struggle. The staff has always been patient and kind while working with him, which is why we have been reoccurring customers for years. We couldn't imagine taking him anywhere else. While I highly recommend the staff, I will say that I was extremely disappointed when the frequent customer incentive program was discontinued by the corporation (having a card punched for each visit which equaled a free cut.) However, we do receive coupons via email, which is a plus, so hopefully that will not be discontinued as well.

They always do a great job with Brayden! He will not go anywhere else. His favorite think about Cookie Cutters is the video games he can play while the cut his hair! He has been going here since his first hairy cut, he just turned 6! Thanks guys for doing a great job!

My son has gone to this location 2 times now and I have regretted both times. He went today with his dad to get an undercut (short on the sides and long on top) and when I got home and saw it, it looked like someone put a bowl on top of his head and cut around it. The sides are all choppy and the top looks like they missed multiple spots. He has bangs now that are also choppy. He has gotten this same haircut before at a different place and it was exactly how I wanted it. My son moves a little during a haircut just like any other toddler but not enough for it to look like this. His birthday party is tomorrow and now I have to find some where that can fix it before then. I am usually not someone to leave a review, ecspecially bad ones, but for $19 it should have been a better cut.

Didn't listen to request for length. Asked for one thing and now daughter's hair is a full inches shorter than I indicated. It will grow back but not in time for her school pictures best month :*(

The stylist answered the phone and went to the front desk to schedule future clients twice during the cut. They were 20 minutes behind schedule (probably because her and her colleague were too busy answering the phone to do their job). She repeatedly called me Ava in spite of my mother repeatedly calling me Eva. They were short staffed and needed someone to answer the phones at the front desk.
