Our daughter enjoys going to Cookie Cutters for her haircuts. Yesterday was especially nice because the stylist braided her hair and added sparkles! What’s not to like? I like that we can generally be a walk-in.

The hair stylist did fine with my daughters hair but was very impatient. She continued to rudely tell my 3 year old she needed to sit still. Which I understand needs to happen for the haircut but my daughter was truly trying to sit still...but she’s a THREE YEAR OLD. The stylist repeatedly yanked my daughters head around and made my daughter scared and teared up. Ridiculous. Don’t work with children if you’re not going to have the patience.

My 2.5 yr old has some sensory issues and is not the easiest child to work with. He has some major anxiety issues with getting his hair cut. I appreciate immensely the patience of your stylists! We have a strategy of me holding him securely to get his hair cut done as quick as possible. Thank you to your staff for listening and for accommodating a not so easy child!
