For our appointment on December 16 3018. We were 5 mins late for our appointment. And we called in to say we will be less than 5 mins late for our appointment. We were treated extremely bad and were asked to wait for one hour without even being listened to. As expected we were less than 5 mins late. Bad service cookie cutters Greenwood. Very disappointing customer service and we would likely be not recom tho s place to anyone and not visiting this place as well from here on. This survey is for the appointment on dec 16 2018.

Our sons hair is 3 different lengths in the back of his head. I have no idea how this happened. His Mom was with him this time. She has cancer and she is not capable of seeing very well right now. I don't know if the stylist knew that from looking at her and just said to their self "she wont complain so oh well". But our sons hair was not trimmed well at all.

They did a great job. Got us in right away. Let her pick which seat and what she wanted to watch. They did a great job on her haircut, and even braided it when before we left. She looked adorable!!!

Ginger does a great job with my nervous daughter! It's a bit cold in there but otherwise comfortable and has great distractions for the kids. Was a little bummed that our appointment made for the same time the location opened ended up being 15 minutes behind. Not sure how that happens.
