The service was excellent. The haircut looked great. The staff was friendly. The chairs (especially at the sink) were not clean. I was nervous that the supplies being used were not clean either. My child had hair all over her that was not hers. It came from the chair and cape.

Megan is always friendly and patient. She makes Owen feel comfortable and pays attention to my daughter as well (who doesn’t get her haircut yet) she does a fantastic job and we always love the haircuts she gives to Owen.

My kids love coming here for cuts! They have a play area for when we have to wait and all kinds of cute little chairs for the kids to sit in! Booking online is the way to go, convenient and fast. We get basic cuts and they do a good job with wiggly squirmy kiddos!

This was our first haircut and first visit to cookie cutters. Megan was extremely patient with our very nervous daughter! She gave me great advice and was very friendly. Awesome first experience!

First visit with two toddler boys,4 and 2, they usually HATE haircuts! Our stylist made them both feel so comfortable and even got a few laughs out of them! I'm so happy!! We will be back for sure!
