The hair stylist did fine with my daughters hair but was very impatient. She continued to rudely tell my 3 year old she needed to sit still. Which I understand needs to happen for the haircut but my daughter was truly trying to sit still...but she’s a THREE YEAR OLD. The stylist repeatedly yanked my daughters head around and made my daughter scared and teared up. Ridiculous. Don’t work with children if you’re not going to have the patience.

We had an appointment at 4:30 and didn't get back to a chair until after 5. We waited over 30 mins after our appointment time!

For our appointment on December 16 3018. We were 5 mins late for our appointment. And we called in to say we will be less than 5 mins late for our appointment. We were treated extremely bad and were asked to wait for one hour without even being listened to. As expected we were less than 5 mins late. Bad service cookie cutters Greenwood. Very disappointing customer service and we would likely be not recom tho s place to anyone and not visiting this place as well from here on. This survey is for the appointment on dec 16 2018.

It was extremely dirty. The little car my child sat in was broke and she didn't clean after the last kid. This was my child's first haircut appt and wasn't a good experience. The greenwood location was not great at all.

The person who cut my child’s hair today did not seem to be familiar with dealing with kids. She jumped in with clippers and did not give him a second to acclimate. Startled and scared him. It was very clear that she just wanted to cut the hair as fast as possible and was unconcerned with making him feel comfortable at all.
