Felicia was absolutely amazing! My son has had his hair cut here several times, and this was above and beyond the best experience we’ve had. He normally hates getting his hair cut, and cries the entire time, so I dread our appointments. But Felicia made our day and treated my son with such kindness and patience by taking the time to show him that her tools were safe and even had bubbles to make it extra fun! We are thrilled with today’s experience.
