We took our son here for his first hair cut, and it went so well! Our appointment was with Megan, and she was great, quick, clearly skilled, entertaining for our son, and indulging for us first time parents getting overly excited for our son’s first hair cut. The icing on the cake was how cute the hair cut was. We will definitely be going back.

This is our second time coming to Cookie Cutters. The staff is always friendly and we enjoy the atmosphere. The customer service is wonderful. This night we were in, a guy was upset because he was late and was going to have to wait a little longer for his kid to get his cut. This guy was very rude to the staff and I’m so sorry they had to put up with him. Because I figured he wouldn’t give a tip, I gave my person a higher tip. Nobody deserves to be treated poorly because of the customer’s own problems. I just want it known that the staff maintained professionalism even while being yelled at and threatened.
