This was the first time clippers were used on my son. The stylist took the time to talk to him and get him warmed up to them. She did a great job and was patient with him when she used the smaller one to go around the edges of his hair. He was a little nervous but her personality really helped him. We love all of the employees at this Greenwood location!

Today was our first visit to any Cookie Cutters salons. My daughter needed her first haircut desperately, but I wanted to take her somewhere with experience with kids. She is just under 2, and doesn’t really like me messing with her hair much either. I was hesitant taking her to any regular salon, especially since I’ve seen really bad cuts floating around from a chain place when it comes to kids. We drove about 35-40 minutes with traffic to get to our closest salon, and we ended up being 30 minutes late for our appointment. I knew we were late, it was my fault, so when I was told we would need to wait, I totally understood and expected it. We didn’t even wait but 5 minutes before our stylist (I believe her vest said Michele) went ahead and took us anyways. She was so patient with my daughter and very nice and did a great job accomplishing what I wanted, which was mainly her hair out of her face. I was just surprised at how well my daughter took to the situation and the friendliness of the salon employees. We will definitely be returning for future cuts!

These bangs are so crooked and WAYYYY too short, now I have to figure out how to hide them until they grow out. I asked for a bang trim and a little bit off the end to look more like a bob. I’ve never had problems here and I’m so upset this is how it turned out Bc she’s going on a trip to see her daddy she hasn’t seen in 6 months and now she looks silly.
