Last night I called and made a very last minute appointment. From the minute we walked into the door everyone was super happy to see us and to help with the emotions of getting our youngest' first hair cut- which was just a bang trim. They offered the full expierence package and we politely declined since it was just her bangs. We LOVE the little playset inside and all of the ladies working there. There was a little boy who climbed one of the shelves and brought the whole level down with him- i think there needs to be more safety precautions- AND parents need to watch their kids, but there is more that can be done on your end- maybe having the shelves behind the desk? Everything was wonderful and this is the only place I get my other daughters haircut- WE LOVE COOKIE CUTTERS

My daughter has been terrified of hair cuts! She normally screams and cries the whole time her hair is being cut. Not this time! The stylist made this such a great experience; that my daughter is ready to go back for another hair cut. Thank you Cookie Cutters for helping make this a great experience. We will be back.
