We usually have a good experience at this cookie cutters location but todays experience was one of the better visits we’ve had ! The young lady that cut my sons hair mentioned she visits other locations, I recognized her name but I have not seen her at this location when we’ve been there before. she did and amazing job and was so quick !

Good experience but not excellent because they had a problem with the software for appointments that let too many people book appointments so they were backed up trying to handle it. They did a good job and really we didn’t end up waiting extremely long. I’ve waited longer at the doctors office. It was maybe an extra 20 minutes? The hair stylist did a great job with my baby though.

We love Carmen we will recommend her to all my friends she is nice ,sweet to the kids she won't force your kids head to turn. She's doing her job so wonderful. Can can do all the hair cuts design you like for your kids all in all I can give her 5 starts 😊
