This is a great place for a haircut for kids but the floors were filthy and so was the play set! Wiping down the play set and mopping the floor in that area would be great!

I think the regular price for the haircut is a little expensive. We only go with a coupon. Also- maybe putting a towel around the back of the next for extra coverage from the fallen hair so it's not so itchy/uncomfortable for the child. At times they seem to be short staffed and there is always hair all over the kid seats.

We love taking our son to cookie cutters, but it was beyond ridiculous that there was only 1 stylist on duty. We were there on a Friday afternoon during fall break. The stylist was very sweet & had a good addrutude. The greenwood location needs to better staff its facility.

His first haircut last month was phenomenal! The follow up with a different stylist this month didn’t go as well. She wasn’t as good at entertaining him and connecting with him to get his trust from her to stay still. Megan cut his hair last month and pulled out all the tricks and had a perfect cut. I’ll definitely be back though. Even though she had to cut the back a lot shorter than we liked to even up a boo boo she’d made when he moved

It is a bit pricey for a kids haircut that took about 5-7 minutes to complete.
