Just wish the play area was cleaner. It's always nasty. Today it actually looked a lot better than it has in the past. Last visit I didn't even want my children to touch it.

I had appointments for 2 kids one wasn't seen until about an hour after his appointment my other was about 40 min after her appointment time. There was only one lady cutting hair. The lady that did their hair was very nice and did a great job. I actually tried to get their hair cut there the day before but was turned down because they said appointments were booked for the day. The fact that I had to wait so long after my appointment time I would've thought I would get a good discount.

I'm really upset because I showed her I wanted to keep his length I just wanted the sides short and she completely cut his hair so short. The last time I came his hair was super uneven. I'm sad to have 2 back to back appointments that didn't go well. He really liked it there.

I was a little displeased because we had a 3:15 appointment and were not seen until a little after 3:30 which normally wouldn't upset me however two of the three employees were giving each other haircuts while we waited. We have been there three times for my son's haircut and 2/3 times there was an employee giving another employee a haircut. I understand they have downtime it seems like the times I have been there and seen an employee getting a haircut would be peak busy times for them. The lady who did cut my son's hair was very nice and efficient. You could tell she had experience cutting toddlers hair. I think it would be nice if someone could check you out while your child is getting their haircut especially for the little ones as it is hard doing that while my son is trying to run around.

I would have rated higher if the salonist would have interacted with either myself in the midst of the haircut. She did greet us with a nice smile and made sure the child was entertained. She did a great job on the styling of the haircut and the environment is great for children. I would both recommend this place and return another time.

Please do not give the children a toy that you will take away from them when the cut is finished. Our grandson was more upset about that than the actual cut. Yes he was fussy during the cut, but now I'm sure with the removal of the distraction made the experience worse. Perhaps you can do really cheap toys and include the cost in the cut fee. It's all about the kids right? How about healthy snacks etc.. As distractions.
