They were running behind and it was about 20 minutes past our appointment time before we were seen. A little annoying and inconvienient, especially having to wait in the car to be called in with our two year old. Then when we did come in we were allowing our daughterto be comfortable with her first haircut and check the place out when the worker stated "I'm just waiting on you" as in what we felt was a "hurry up tone." Overall great experience for our daughter's first haircut because it's meant for kids and she was distracted the entire time but it's pricey in our opinion for a 1-2 minute hair cut.

Overall it was a kid friendly environment. Our hair stylist wasn’t who we wanted so that was disappointing . She also wasn’t really friendly but she wasn’t unfriendly, just there.

I booked an appointment for my toddler and myself 3 days prior to coming. Upon coming in,my toddler was able to get a cut in reasonable time. I was unable to get a cut due to the client before us taking over 2 hours. I shouldn't have been able to book the appointment if I couldn't use that time.

I enjoyed the haircut for my son, the woman was very nice and sweet to him. She was very kind and did a wonderful job. The store itself did not feel clean though. My mom played on the slide and it was covered in hair.. It was not just a small amount it was a lot. It was very upsetting because I did not let him continue playing because of this…

Salon not clean. Haircuts are not great. Kids like the special treatment of TV on and a ballon after, but that's all they have going for them.
