I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the salon. Thectoys & floors look as though they are not cleaned or kept updated. The salon chairs (cars) are worn down and the stickers were faded. The seat still had hair from the child before my sons. I was hoping to make that location a regular place for my boys to get their hair cut. It’s unfortunate that the salon is not kept updated.

We are very sorry that the salon was not cleaned to your satisfaction today. The playground floor is scheduled for replacement and we have notified our staff that they need to take time to clean better. Today was a very busy day and while that is not an excuse we really tried to get as many kids ready for thanksgiving that we could. Sometimes that puts our cleaning a little behind. Thank you for letting us know so we could address this.

My mom took my son to get his hair cut as it was in his face and covering his eyes. I told my mom I didn't want them shaving it but to get the underneath and the top even and leave a small amount of bangs. The pictures she sent me after the hair cut looks like they barely touched his hair and it's not shorter at all. To pay 17 dollars for this when it wasn't hardly cut is extremely upsetting as his first hair cut he was at Cookie cutters and they did SO well then so I was hopeful to have a good place to take him.

We made an appointment online this morning. When we arrived at our designated time, we were then informed that the online reservation system only works if it is done days in advance. This meant that we had to wait because all chairs were occupied and there were two people ahead of us in queue. Since we reserved an appointment, we did not anticipate the 30 minute wait.

We are sorry for any confusion with our online booking site. When scheduling it does require the client to book the appointment one day in advance. This is in order to help with staff scheduling to accommodate the number of appointments. very long wait, not on time at all. my husband had appointments for both our kids at 1115 and 1130. he was still waiting at 1210.

We have hired in additional staff recently to help cut back on the wait times. We are also providing additional training to our newer receptionists so they are better able to manage the appointment times. Again, I do apologize and hope you will give us another chance.
