We had a different stylist than usual. The haircut looks nice, but my son had had a tough day at school and was just not feeling too agreeable. She was a little less patient with him than Salina, who usually cuts his hair. Not a huge deal, but not our typical experience.

I walked in to the Salon and waited about 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. There was one other client being served. When someone did come to the desk they reeked of cigarette smoke. The service was fine, but I was very distracted by the smell of smoke on the employee.

I have also met with the employees to address our policies and shared with them your review to prevent the issue of cigarette odor. The employees seemed much more cheerful this time. She cut my son's hair very fast. I think it looks a little weird in a couple of spots. Also, he had little bits of hair all over him. But he didn't cry this time and was thrilled to get a balloon.

Second time I've came and his hair ended up way shorter than it was supposed to. I won't be back.
