I booked a child's first haircut online. When I went to checkout, they seemed unaware of that and had not taken a picture during the haircut so we ended up with hair out of the chair and a picture of her sitting on the checkout desk. The car she sat in had a broken steering wheel that was held together with duct tape. I was very pleased with the haircut itself though, but the surroundings need updating and seating repaired.

I asked the stylist to leave his hair on top long enough that we could comb it over and perhaps feather it a bit. She basically gave him bangs. Worst cut he’s ever had, and his first 2 or 3 were done by me at home...

Felt very rushed. My son didn't get to pick his chair or show even though it was empty and we were the only ones there. Seemed like the stylist was a little cold- not really a people person. His haircut turned out ok though.

The stylist was okay although the she hardly spoke to me or my child. The receptionist was short with me on the phone and in person. Not the best experience overall.

Had both of my boys getting hair cuts at the same time and the ladies cutting the hair seemed in a hurry and didn't not do a very good job on the haircuts. Probably will not be coming back. It's way to expensive for haircuts that are sub-par.

The store seemed clean but the employees didnt seem to care about their appearance at all. Messy, unprofessional. I paid 15 bucks plus tip for my kids hair to be uneven. He held still the entire time so it wasnt because he was moving. I can live with the hair because its just hair. We wont be back anytime soon.
