The employees aren't super friendly. They both seem to hate their jobs. That has been my experience with each visit here. Working with kids you should be a little more upbeat And friendly. I would get the same service going to a regular salon but I come here because it's supposed to be kid friendly. Just super disappointed with my experiences.

Places wasn’t very clean. Waiting area was very dirty and the car/chair my daughter was in wasn’t clean. It still had hair in it from the last child as well as dirt and things. The lady didn’t even talk to my daughter, I mean I get she’s a baby but the lady last time talked to her and stuff. Also the lady trimmed her bangs real fast like 30secs no joke and didn’t even smile through the whole visit. Maybe I’m just being too picky but wasn’t worth my time or money. I feel like I could have trimmed her bangs for that..

Had an appointment. Ignored when entering. Basic haircut was not done correctly. Daughters hair was left uneven. Even after asking stylist to fix it. Same cut was done here previously with great results. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

The actual service of the hair cut was great. The location was extremely busy, which was managed relatively well by the actual stylists themselves. The receptionist that was checking people in, out, and answering phones was struggling. The priority should be the customers that are physically in front of you - not who is on the phone. It took us longer to check out and pay than it did for me to get 2 children’s haircuts. There’s no reason that should have been the case.

Colton has been getting his haircut there since he was two months old. This is the worst haircut he's had he looks like the character from dumb and dumber. I scheduled his appointment with Selena and she wasn't able to come in today. My husband let someone else cut his hair and whoever did it should not and I repeat not becoming kids hair!!!!!!! I would never recommend the person that cut his hair to anyone!!!!!!
