Loved this location and the staff especially their patience with the kids. I feel like for a 7-10 min haircut $16 is still steep for small child but the atmosphere and kid friendly seats/environment keep me coming back.

We had to come back to get all three of my children’s hair cuts fixed from mistakes from another stylist at this salon. Ginger was amazing!! She knew exactly what to do for each of my children and was so knowledgeable. She was great with my kids and they were comfortable with her. I will happily come back to this location, but only to Ginger.

The normal stylists weren't there, so we had a Cookie Cutters employee from the Avon store. She was better than any we've ever had in Greenwood! I don't like taking my son there at all anymore because they always mess his hair up, but he begged to go, so I gave in this time. I am so relieved that the lady from the Avon store was there. She was excellent! I don't know if we'll be back in fear that the Greenwood employees will be back, but I'm sure I'll get talked into it at some point.

We love the staff at this Cookie Cutters, they are very good at cutting kids' hair. They have always made our grandson feel comfortable and welcome. However, they always seem to be short-staffed and always seem to be at odds with the computer/payment system. The flow-through is terrible; checkout takes forever unless you just hand them $20 for payment and tip and walk.... When someone has a first haircut, everything in the shop comes to a complete stop as all staff "huddle" around the computer trying to figure out how to print the certificate and picture. It is a nightmare. So we have learned to pay in cash, and make a reservation, and still plan on waiting. Best advice: Hire more staff. Tonight, for example, I counted 15 children turned away within the two hours prior to closing because they did not have enough staff. That's a lot of revenue walking out the door.
